Reservations at Pescado Negro

The Pescado Negro Home is available for a weekly or monthly stay. Long term occupancy may be negotiated.

RESERVATIONS

Please call or e-mail to notify us of your fund transfer. Funds and this form are required for a reservation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

· Your personal information provided on this form will be held confidential by the property owner and will not be sold.

·  Check-in time is no earlier than 3pm, with check-out time no later than 11am.

· Parking is on the side of the street. Vehicles will not be parked inside the gate.

· We would kindly appreciate that you do not smoke inside the home.

· Upon exiting the property each day, please ensure the house is secured.

· 1 six pack of bottled water is provided free of charge for each week’s stay.

· Booking deposit is US $200, and is due 6 weeks prior to date of occupancy.

· Booking deposit will become the security deposit upon occupancy.

· Full rental amount is due 4 weeks before date of occupancy.

· No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of occupancy.

· No occupancy will take place until rent is paid in full.

I understand and agree that I am responsible for all loss or damage to the property or its' inventory during the Rental Period and that the Owner can deduct funds from the security deposit to cover damages or missing items.  Examples: Non-return of keys, Early arrival or late departure charges, Damage to the Property or its' equipment, Loss or breakage of inventory items. Where loss or damage to the Property, the Inventory, or equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Company or the Owner will bill the Guest for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay. In the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, the Company reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to pursue the amount owed from the Guest.

I understand I must submit the booking deposit ($US 200) at a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of occupancy, and that the full rent of US $350 per week or US  $950 a month is payable 30 days prior to occupancy. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival or if customer is a no-show. Upon occupancy, the booking deposit will become the security deposit and refundable when the home is left in good order.
